If you're facilitating a meeting, you're responsible for pulling forward the ideas from the other people first. As a facilitator, if you go first and share your thinking first. You anchor everybody else we call it sometimes poisoning the well so that nobody else, no other idea can survive and only your idea is going to survive. And that's not the point. If that was the case let everybody else go and go be an independent value contributor and do it yourself. #leadership #meeting
