Spencer has been in the construction industry for 18 years. He is also a consultant at Elevate Construction and is a trainer and co-founder of leanTakt LLC. He co-authored the book Takt Planning and Integrated Control. He graduate with a BS in Construction Management in 2015. He holds tons of scheduling certifications from Oracle P6 Advanced, PMI-SP, AACE-PSP, Takt Master, AGC CM-Lean, Acumen Fuse and Risk Analysis certified, But aspires to become a Scrum Master (if Felipe will ever let him come learn...). Spencer is the father of 4 children and has been married for 11 years! He currently is focusing on spreading tools like LPS, Scrum and Takt across the World as replacements to an archaic system that should go down in history as a hypothesis that didn't yield great results.
