A servant leader committed to advancing lean mindset in the AEC industry. With over 15 combined years in the academia and practice, pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo, I believe that there is always a better way to do everything and to continuously improve. An experienced lean coach, teacher, facilitator and implementer who passionately works with the project teams and people at all levels to achieve desired goals. A proactive team player and a team enthusiast with strong personal integrity, commitment to excellence, outstanding communication, organizational , interpersonal and analytical skills. I am a founding member of the Lean Design & Construction Canada (LDCC), a chartered member of the RICS PMI, a LCI and AGC approved lean instructor, an active lean CoP contributor. I have published my doctoral research in various international journals, book chapters and articles, presented at many international conference. I continue to collaborate with academic institutions bridging the gap between lean research and practice.
