Melissa is passionate helping individuals and organizations transform the way we work in the built environment. The industry has reached a point of disruptive change - the ways in which we approach design and construction must change for the health of our industry and the planet. As the Leader for Haley & Aldrich’s Industrialized Construction and High Performing Teams Consulting Practice, Melissa’s team is deeply committed to building the problem-solving and collaboration capabilities required to adapt. As co-creator of Haley & Aldrich’s Industrialized Construction Maturity Assessment, Melissa is committed to helping serial owners, general contractors, trades and suppliers – see the whole system of change required to make the transformative shift from traditional construction to industrialized construction manufacturing. When not at a job site, in the fab shop or facilitating an improvement session, Melissa can most often be found around the fire, swimming in the lake, hiking or skiing with her family in the woods of New Hampshire.
