I’m a tech entrepreneur that has been in the startup space for about 10 years. Engineering background with 10 years as a Business Analyst and 8 years as a Chief Technology Officer in more than 25 software projects. I’ve led/built multimillion dollar softwares from the ground up. In a previous business, I designed and led development for what I think was the world’s first (and maybe still only) gamified rent collection system. I was able to get about 10% of people waiting on their phones for a countdown timer to 9pm to pay rent early.
I’m married with a 3 year old girl and 10 month old boy and I’ve built Skill Builder, a learning platform that can teach better remotely than most people will learn in person. I’ve taken what I’ve learned about skill learning from 20 years of martial arts and learning and understanding how people learn and built it into a software learning platform that can condense what would otherwise take someone 6-12 months of learning and making mistakes, into a 2-3 hour learning experience.
I’ve proven its effectiveness in Police Training, Mental Health and Addiction Therapist Training.
I'm now actively promoting the only Active Shooter Preparation Training that can be rolled out for effective training to 1,000's of employees in large organizations, as well as a Service/Product of creating a Remote training for any process-oriented tasks in any large organizations that can solve the problem of remote employee training in a way that actually works, turning low and medium performers into good performers within a day.
I’ve proven that I can apply this to any process-oriented skillset in any industry, even areas that I personally know nothing about - such as the mental health and addiction therapist training.
This methodology of training people, combined with Skill Builder, simulates like an expert trainer is spending individual time 1-on-1 with each person, at their own pace. Except it can be scaled to 1,000’s or 10,000’s of people easily.
It’s also gamified, making it enjoyable, interactive, and engaging for people to learn from.
I have easily more than 30 video reviews/testimonials on the various trainings attesting to it.
